Our next 8 week Girl Power Program
runs May 4th to June 22nd

THURSDAYS 6:00-7:00pm

This ALL female fitness program is geared towards young women aged 10 to 14 years and focuses on teaching the fundamentals of weight training, bodyweight conditioning, and circuit training.

Strong IS Beautiful! We aim to empower and build the confidence of these young women through health and fitness!
