With the huge success thus far with Fit Camp, Action
Conditioning has decided to move forward and create Fit Camp 360!
Fit Camp 360 will be seasonally goal oriented and
progressive by design. Meaning there will be specific goals during each phase
to target strength, hypertrophy, fat loss, or a hybrid of all to help peak for winter
holiday parties and the summer months. Example: Summer will be our Peak/Maintenance month, thus the training
building to summer will yield the best results possible so you are at your best
for the summer weather!
What does Fit Camp
Offer? For $150 per month on an annual payment plan you get: - Gym Membership. - Full Program design every 4-8weeks based on the specific
phase we are in. - Full email access to your coach for any planning, questions,
guidance, etc. - First two weeks of each month include Monday, Wednesday,
and Friday coached classes to learn new program exercises and to watch over
client progress via exercise technique and phase progression goals. - Second two weeks of each month, clients are on their own to progress and execute
the knowledge and movement patterns taught. Fit Campers may train with the
other program participants or on their own at any time of the day. This gives
you many training partners to help stay motivated and on track. Additionally
you are also building gym confidence to do this program in another gym if you
are out of town for work or on vacation as we set you up for success! - Monthly Energy System Development (ESD) programming
specific to the phase we are in to maximize results! - Two 15 min Personal Consultations with your coach per
month to help you stay on track and enhance your progress.
Who can go into Fit
Camp?
- Anyone who has the desire and passion to train for a new
physique, learn new exercises, build proper technique and the ability to follow
a program design. - Many of our participants are Action 90 Transformation and
Action 90 Achieve graduates making this their next step in their physique
progression.
Can you join Fit Camp
at any time?
- Yes. Two ways to join Fit Camp:
1. Wait for the next new client
intake, which is typically the beginning of each month or the start of a new
training Phase (usually every 4-8 weeks).
2. Book 3 Personal Training Sessions
(PTs) for an additional fee and have a coach show you the current phase the Fit
Campers are in.
Does Fit Camp come
with Nutrition Guidance?
- No. To enhance results from Fit Camp a Nutrition
Prescription can be added for an additional cost. - Phase 1 and Phase 2 eating will be used and a specific phase will be chosen
by you and your coach for the best place to start.
- $95 per month for a 3 month commitment
- $85 per month for a 6 month commitment
Do you always have to
do the Summer Peaking Program?
- No. For those wanting to enhance results we are going to
offer the Accelerated Summer Program for maximal fat loss. Ask your coach on
how to do this program in one of your monthly consultations.
