Katrina Brandt

Katrina pulls from her many fitness, athletic, and sport backgrounds to communicate, relate and educate her clients in the gym. She has participated and competed in Swimming, Artistic Gymnastics, CrossFit, Adventure Races and currently Olympic Weightlifting and Fitness Shows. This large variety of training styles adds to the pool of knowledge that Katrina brings to her classes and programming.
