Linda Addison

Linda joined the Action coaching team in 2011. She completed the A90 program twice, the A90 Enhanced (no longer offered), A90 Achieve and is trained by head coach Chad Brandt. While she may be the oldest coach on the team, her passion for fitness and learning matches that of her younger team members! Specializing in Fitness Kickboxing techniques, TRX and overall conditioning - her goal is to have her clients feeling like they are always learning something about their workout and progressing to reach their goals.
