As the head coach of Action Conditioning, Chad 'Action' Brandt offers his clients a unique combination of qualities. Not only is he a Professional IDFA Natural Bodybuilding athlete, Kinesiologist and experienced trainer, he is passionate about helping every single member find the "inner athlete" that lurks beneath the surface. As he sees it, that inner athlete is the key to discovering that you are strong, capable and ready to live a healthy, fit and balanced life.
