The Strength & Conditioning Program is for individuals looking to continue with their improvement of strength, power, balance, cardiovascular endurance, and overall fitness.
This program is on-going and clients can join at any time!
Each session has a prescribed workout to complete that day focusing on a specific muscle group(s) and energy system. These workouts are designed to train towards improvement in a monthly goal, but also for continuous growth as an athlete.
Included in our Strength & Conditioning Packages is gym membership to the facility during regular business hours (many clients use this time to warmup/stretch prior to class or workout/cardio on off days) and also login access to our members only section of our website (located at the top right hand corner) for our clients to view the workout, record, track, and see their progress over time. A bonus feature is that clients have access to an archive of workouts they can do should they be away on holidays/business or at home!

3 month Package = $130 + gst/month
6 month Package = $115 + gst/month
12 month Package = $103 + gst/month
