This course will run for 12 weeks with 2 different start dates:
June 27 to Sept 14 OR July 4 to Sept 21 

Two days per week
Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm

Summer Strength is a 12 week strength building program designed for young athletes and adults (13 years and older) to increase overall strength and body awareness. This course is great a great option for athletes participating in hockey, football, rugby, mixed martial arts, baseball, and volleyball to gain the competitive edge. If you are not an athlete, don't worry, maybe weightlifting is your sport!

 

This 12 week program runs Tuesdays and Thursdays 4:00-5:00pm and includes hands on coaching and personalized progress reports for each of participant.


After 6 weeks of accumulation participants will begin a 6 week execution phase leading up to a final test of maximal strength.
