Action 60 Foundations was created for those who: - been out of the fitness game for some time - knowledge base of exercise and exercises is low - want a refresher on how to exercise - want to start slow and build confidnece AKA a foundation - and wanting to get into the Action 90 Transformation program
Action 60 Foundations helps to construct a fitness foundation of knowledge via movement patterns, exercises, strength, core and cardio that are needed to have a great transition into the Action 90 Transformation Program for increased success and results!
If you are looking for a great place to start this is it! - Gym Membership - Nutritional Program for increased results and recovery - 2 Coached Resistance Training Sessions per week - 3 ESD Individual Cardio Session per week
