Katrina Brandt
Katrina coaches in the Action 90 Transformation, Strength & Conditioning, and Olympic Weightlifting Classes. Her strong background in both bodyweight and weightlifting elements is beneficial to all clients under her wing.
Katrina's certifications and specializations include:
- B.A Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge
- 2x National Qualifier Olympic Weightlifter (2013 in 53kg category, 2014 in 48kg category)
- Amateur Fitness Model Competitor
- Level 1 CrossFit Certified
- Coach for the CrossFit Gymnastics Certifications (2009 - current)
- Assisted at the CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certification
- NCCP Level 3 Certified - Women's Artistic Gymnastics
- NCCP Level 1 Theory & Technical - Olympic Weightlifting
- Specialization in mental training for athletes

She hopes that sharing her own fitness path, progress, struggles, and triumphs to her clients; will help bring motivation to others going through the same things.
Katrina is currently striving towards achieving INTERNATIONAL 3 classification in weightlifting. In 2013, she set FIVE new Provincial Records (48kg Category Snatch, C&J, Total, AND 53kg Category Snatch, Total) and qualified to the 2014 Canadian National Weightlifting Championships. Also, in 2013 she was selected as a member of Team Fitness Canada and represented her country at the 2013 Fitness America Championships in Las Vegas. In 2014, her main goal is to earn her PRO Card as a Fitness Model and Bikini competitor.
