On-Ramp to S&C

 


Our next On-Ramp to Strength & Conditioning Camp runs April 1 to 24th.

Registration opens February 24.

Class times include:
MW 6:30-7:30am
WF 6:30-7:30am
TuTh 6-7am
MF 12-1pm 

On-Ramp to Strength & Conditioning Camp is geared towards teaching participants the basic skills involved in the Strength & Conditioning program. Completing the course prior to joining the Strength & Conditioning program allows for participants to get the most out of their workouts and provide equal coaching opportunities to ALL.

You will be taught the following:

- Warm Up Protocol
- Bodyweight Exercises (ie: pushup, pullup, air squat, L-sit, etc)
- Dumbbell and Barbell Basic Lifts (ie: deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, front squat, etc)
- How to read the workout (ie: tempo, reps, sets, rest, rounds, time, abbreviations)

The goal of the camp is to gain confidence, ability, fitness levels, and fitness knowledge so that the transition to Strength & Conditioning classes is smooth and easy!

Each coached class is structured to mimic Strength & Conditioning, but includes more instructional time for the compound movements.

*If you feel that you have the knowledge and ability to jump straight into the Strength & Conditioning Program, please book a consult/movement screen for one of our coaches to evaluate your movement. Please note this is NOT an instructional session, you will be demonstrating your knowledge of the movements to the coach.
