The Group Conditioning Program allows you to choose your own classes to build your own unique workout regime. Our knowledgeable instructors help guide you through class and help you pick the right classes based on your goals.

Unlike other fitness facilities, the price you see is the price you get. We are open and upfront about our membership fees. You will NEVER be charged with initiation fees, start up fees, club enhancement fees, facility improvement fees, etc.
The majority of fitness facilities refuse to discuss their membership fees over the phone, through email or post them on their website. We are one of the few that publicly posts our membership fees on our website. We believe there is nothing to hide.
