NHL Alumni, BRAD LUKOWICH has learned a few things about hockey throughout his career. Having played under some of the most credible coaches in the NHL such as Ken Hitchcock, John Tortorella, and Don Hay, to name a few, and training with top elite trainers.

Brad has used his experiences to design a conditioning program to develop hockey players off the ice. He focuses utilizing training techniques that develops the player's speed, coordination, and explosive power needed to excel as a hockey player.

Unlimited monthly training dues are due at the start of each month.
Cost is $200 + gst/month
