Pilates exercises executed in the order they were designed by Mr. Joseph Pilates. From the Exercises to transitions, every movement is with intent. Warming up the body, challenging it, and cooling it down. You will stretch and strengthen ever inch! Class will also focus on the principles of Pilates; Concentration, Centering, Control, Breath and Flow. An incredible total body workout that will have you looking and feeling great both mentally and physically
