Pick 'n' Play is a wide variety of fitness classes that you can select from to create your own schedule and your own target of training. Each class targets different muscle groups and different energy systems to give you the best results!

Pick 'n' Play classes are offered in five different package levels depending on the number of classes you wish to attend each week. If you are unable to commit to a weekly schedule, drop in rates are also available at $15 (includes GST) per class.

We have 12 different class options to choose from with classes including:

Bender Ball Core - Not just another core class. Utilizes the Bender Ball to teach fun and different core exercises.
Core Buster - Teaches you core skills to strengthen and tone your mid-section. A strong core will help you get the most out of your other weekly workouts.
Last Chance Workout - End of the week workout that helps burn off those extra unwanted calories.
Lifting Ladies - A ladies only class. Teaches fundamental dumbbell and barbell lifting techniques.
Strength & Conditioning - *NEW* Strengthen and tone your body using various resistance and strength training methods.
TRX - Combines cardiovascular and full body resistance into a workout that utilizes the TRX system
Yoga - *NEW* This class is designed to calm and relax the mind while improving strength and flexibility within the body. Combining a yoga flow sequence, breathing exercises, and relaxation, this class will leave you feeling blissful and energized.
Zumba - *NEW* Get ready to dance up a sweat in this exciiting Latin-inspired fitness dance class!
